75% New build – 25% Renovation

Land was purchased to include an 18^th Century granary mill and cottages, planning was obtained to retain the arts and crafts looking mill building then replicate to form an 8 bedroom manor house with a leisure complex to include an indoor swimming pool with vaulted ceiling and a traditional oak trussed roof structure.

Major building and civil engineering works were carried out on the site to include a piling foundation, gabion wall to retain the newly formed driveway, tennis courts, and oak framed garage. Draining of the existing lakes to remove fallen trees and debris to form what are the grounds to frame such a beautiful property. The house received Best Large Renovation in the UK presented by property guru and TV presenter Sarah Beeny.
