Land was purchased to include an 18th Century granary mill and cottages, planning was obtained to retain the arts and crafts looking mill building then replicate to form an 8 bedroom manor house with a leisure complex to include an indoor swimming pool with vaulted ceiling to include an oak trussed roof structure. Jacobs Hall, Staffordshire
We were approached by the purchaser of Jacobs Hall to carry out a full renovation, to include removal of the roof and timbers to form a third floor to accommodate 3 bedrooms, the house was stripped back to the existing brickwork, completely rewired, new plumbing, insulation throughout, our client worked with us on the required finish/look they wanted to achieve. Audrey House, Stafford
Our client purchased what is a stunning 3 storey Victorian property which had been lived in by the same family from newly built. All of the wonderful characteristics of a grand Victorian house had been retained, even down to the old roll top bath which we had sandblasted and re-enamelled. Our client’s brief was to retain all of the character but with the essentials for modern day living, a full underfloor heating system, mood lighting and integrated sound system was installed by our team.
